【2006登山游记之五】June10，美奂的Wenkchemna Pass hiking

这个周六的Hiking在Moraine Lake附近的 Wenkchemna Pass Trail, 经过著名的Ten Peaks Valley, 是Canadian Rockies 的杰出代表。
路线：Moraine lake ----〉Eiffel lake ----〉Wenkchemna Pass
Elevation Gain: Eiffel Lake 400 m, Wenkchemna Pass 735 M.
Distance (one way): Eiffel lake 5.6 km, Wenkchemna Pass 9.7 km.

和calgary不同，周六的Lake Louise阳光灿烂，蓝天白云纯净无瑕。Moraine lake如同一方碧玉，镶嵌在巍峨的皑皑雪山中间；走在Ten Peaks Valley，两旁连绵壮丽的群峰不停地谋杀游人的胶片；Eiffel lake尚未完全化开，小小的冰湖倒映着群山与树林，也别有一番风韵；六月的Wenkchemna Pass trail雪还很厚，则是勇敢者的snow hiking乐园！

我们走过的这条trail开发的很完善安全，如果七月之后来，近20公里的全程基本上没有challenge，适合绝大多数的游客full day hiking。还是让我们在令人惊艳的相片中回顾这次难忘之旅吧。。。

全程inspect惊险的雪山hiking

这次Wenkchemna Pass trail上了不到一半，我的hiking shoes全部湿透，不得已停下来，做了某些人的物品保管员:( 恨恨地监视着其他老鸟菜鸟们登上了峰顶。。。不过遥望着伙伴们在陡峭的雪山上攀登，另有一种惊心动魄的感觉！!

看到上面的四只小蚂蚁了吧，他们在义无反顾地笔直攀爬

看看趟出的雪路，一条笔直向上，一条水平向左，勇士们正在左面的trail上跋涉

Just one step.

The destination is just beyong the the end of slope. Go ahead!

总结：

对于普通朋友来说，这条trail最好留在七月后再上，那时的雪已经全部化净，会easy很多；YOHO的Ice Line Trail要六月底才开放，类似的，也要晚些时候再爬。。。
