I would like to make reservation of 2 large size chalets in this case, for May17 and 18 (Saturday&Sunday). One more stupid question, does the chalet provide bedding and kitchen utilities? I'll make a call to your toll free number to confirm the reservation tomorrow anyway.

Dear Hongyu,
I am not sure with whom you spoke yesterday, but I apologize for the confusion regarding our availability. At this time there are no mid-size chalets available for the May long weekend. We do have some large chalets, however these under renovation until yesterday and this may have led to some of the confusion. These chalets have three bedrooms (with one queen and 2 double beds) and an open loft (with 2 double beds). There is also a kitchen, living room and dining area as well as 2 bathrooms.
As long as someone in your party is a guest of the resort we will be happy to make the activities available at our regular rates.

Thanks for all the detailed info. I dropped a phone call to your toll-free number this afternoon, and was told only mid-size chalets are available for $350 per night. I wonder if I didn't get it since when I check back to your website, the price for mid-size is $165 per night, and the large-size chalet is $350 per night if stay 2 nights, is that correct?
BTW, if we are not stay overnight in your resort (or not all of us), are these activities (horse riding, paddle boat, and volley ball etc.) still available to us?

I sincerely apologize – I have just realized that I did not answer all of your questions regarding Princeton Castle Resort and our activities here. I hope the following information is helpful to you:
Horseback riding – Horse back riding is available after the 15th of May by prior arrangement. The fee is $45/hour and we can provide you with the telephone number for reservations.
Volleyball and other activities – we provide facilities for volleyball, bocce ball and horseshoes as well as a playground at no extra cost.
Paddle boats – paddle boats, kayaks and canoes are available for an extra fee of $20/hour each.
Again please accept my apologies for not getting this information to you sooner.

We have a group of 11-12 people looking for accomodation in your resort during the upcoming long weekend (5.17-5.19), and I'm wondering about the availability of the lodge in these dates (5.17 and 5.18). Can you please let me know which rooms are still available up to now?
Also I wonder if you providing the horse ride, sand volley ball and etc. in your resort free? I aware the peddle-boat needs rental but not sure about other stuffs. Can you please let me know?
