It is 100% BS. We all experienced the TangShan earthquake in 1976, 8.0, Nobody saw anything at all.

I was at Tangshan two weeks after the earthquake for 抗震救灾 . Nobody there told me anything abnormal before that day, but hotter than normal. However, the earthquake happened in July.

After 10 hours, i finally contacted with my family in Chengdu. Fortunately, all of them are safe.
