這次野營的地方,我們沒到過. Trails也有很多選擇.
這地方很久以前也和Lulu商談過.
(不過她計劃要去hiking的地方,肯定有三張A4紙那麼長)  :lol:  :lol:
Camony正在收集資料中, 制定两手方案後便盡快公佈.

現時天氣預測,下週好像不錯.

I am pretty sure u would get the lotto if u r there in the early morning. Above all, if u shift ur hiking days from Mon to Fr. Every morning, there are 12 lotto available, 1st-come, 1st-serve. As I am told, now it is the best season to have all sceneries at high altitude.

It locates on east side of the Mtn. Which has better weather than coast in spring and fall. In winter it is colder and it is hotter in summer. So u have more chance to have  non-rainy weather for next wknd.

Friday:  Leave Vancouver at 5:30pm, cross Peace Arch Border, take I-5, then switch to SR20, car camp at Colonial Campground

Saturday:Stop @ Methow Valley Ranger Station, head to trail head via Forest Service Rd 4340-300.  Hike 11km & camp at Upper Eagle Lake.  

Sunday: Hike 15 km & camp at Cooney Lake

Monday: From Cooney Lake back to TH via  Martin Creek Trail for 11km

一些注意事项：

需要CARPOOL的朋友准备两双鞋（一双是登山鞋），在开始Hiking前和结束后，换上干净的鞋，这样省去车主打扫车内卫生，谢谢！还可以再准备一双备用的袜子。爬完山，能让脚舒服一下也是种享受 .

手套很有用，保暖防寒，要防水／快干的。(如果没有防水／快干手套也可带个二三双羊毛手套湿了替换用)！

防雨防风外套／雨具和保暖衣服！

Driving directions to Colonial Campground on Friday night:
1. Take Hwy-99 South to Peace Arch Border
2. After crossing Border, continue on I-5 south
3. Take exit 252 / Samish Way / W Wash University
4. Continue on 36th Street, arrive at 400 36th Street
5. Leave Shopping Mall, take ramp onto I-5 south
6. Take exit 232 / Cook Road / Sedro-Woolley
7. Turn left on Cook Road
8. Turn left on SR-20, head east
9. Don't cross the orange bridge after passing Marblemount
10. Arrive Colonial Campground at MP 130.25, 40km east of Marblemount

Driving directions to Eagle Lake trailhead on Saturday morning:
1. From Colonial Campground right turn onto SR-20 head east, drive 101km to Winthrop.
2. Left turn on West Chewuch Rd for 0.3km, Ranger Station is on your right (phone #509-996-4000)
3. From Winthrop drive 29km to Twisp
4. From Twsip drive 10km to junction with SR-153
5. Take SR-153 south for 40km to Okanogan County Rd 1029 & turn right to County Rd 1034 (Gold Creek Loop).
6. Take County Rd 1034, which becomes FS4340.
7. About 18km turn left to FS Rd 4340-300 (Crater Creek Rd).
8. Take FS Rd 4340-300 for 15km to the TH

今早電話查詢過Ranger Station,這幾天山上天氣寒冷,晚上6000呎高地下過新雪達6吋。
請大家帶足夠禦寒衣服,手套、羽絨褸,羊毛內衣、帽子....食物以重量輕但營養成份高為主。
