佩服一下老人家,估计现在出去hiking的话,她未必会比我们小一辈走得慢。

LOL, 没啥我只是想拿身边的例子描述一下山里的孩子念书真的很不容易。

Hi Dada and Rick,
It sounds like you had a long adventurous trip with great weather and scenery. I tried to use a translator to find out what happened. Very sorry to hear about Jenny and hope that her eye is getting better. I know all of you took good care of her and yes shoelaces can be a problem. The picture with 3 people and the diplomas; can you tell me what they are? Did you make some completion diplomas up before the trip. If so, that's cool and a nice idea

嘿嘿,俺确实是当中唯一的一名女性呢 :sm51:

不过,最值得骄傲的是,他们听说我是“北美户外”的,都一脸敬仰,说“北美户外”啊,猛人啊!害得我连忙解释:我只是跟在“北美户外”猛人后边,走得最慢的跟屁虫而已.....呵。呵。

Hi Paul,

Haha, now you can manage to "read" Chinese eh?! nice...

That's an hiking event named Challenge 12 hours -Hiking for Education in China (2009) held by Vancouver Sowers Society of Education (VSSE), aim at raising fund for building elementary school at Gansu province, China. I believe every hiker who completed the trip can receive a certificate of appreciation, but I haven't asked for it yet  :wink:
