落基山第四天 —— Fly with me, from Mt. Shark to Assiniboine 八月三日

吃完早餐拔营启程，因为直升机行李的重量限制，前一天晚上已经把要带上山的东西做了分类，只带必须用品，打包没有花很多时间。驱车来到 Sunshine Village 的 Parking lot 等候早前预订的 Shuttle Bus。十点钟 Shuttle Bus 准时出现，是一辆白色的 VAN，刚好有八个乘客座位。司机 Mark 是个很 nice 的小伙子，来着Quebec City有着浓重法语口音，一路口讲个不停，从野生动植物一直说到他在阿拉斯加工作的护士女友。途中见到了大角羊和山羊。来到 Mt. Shark 的 heliport  发现 helipad 并不是想象中那样有个大圆圈中间有个H，而是很简陋的一块碎石地。直升机每次只能搭载六名乘客，我们八人是当天最后的两批，害怕没有营地于是决定让 Alex 和 Robin 做先头部队去占营地。在机场等了两个多小时，吃了点随身食物，终于登机，飞入 Assiniboine 已经是下午两点半以后了，比原定计划晚了一个半小时。在 Lake Magog 扎营之后煮东西吃时还来了场阵雨，等吃好收拾完，已经没有时间再去完成 Nub Peak 11km 的 day hiking 计划了，我跟 Robin 和 Windy 去了 Lake  Magog 湖边散步拍照。

一曲Carpenters唱的"Top of the World"正好描述我初次乘搭直升機的奇妙感覺。

草甸, 河谷在我腳下, 白雲在我的頭頂飄過, 清風在我的耳畔哼著小調, 大山靠在我身旁。剎那間覺得自已與大自然多緊密。

I am not sure about the van and the driver. The taxi company might be a real one. However, the van does not have any sign outside and there is no biz license inside the van. In China, it is called "black car". This is only my personal opinion.

Watch out anywhere u go.
