不过还有有个周一看到了Lulululu，但没冒然打招呼。

今天上去起步的时候有点岔气了,过了1/2到3/4不得不停多几次调匀呼吸,速度上不去,出汗不多有点不太够.还以为有人会给我电话结果没有.

我5点25分出发,一直按着右边顶住条气,呵呵,忘记带荷包又忘记带pass,一张巴士飞走天下,想chi吓顺风车都没人找俺. :roll: :roll:

今天小恙未能成行，明天见好的话一定去。
上周去时七点半铁门已经关了，翻过去的 :D，好处是气候凉爽，呼吸轻松！

报告一下：下午和小C，Alex同登了GG。

Alex的节奏真是好，交替领走一起上到1/2。真正学到了持之以恒的节奏，第一次在1/2，3/4都没停下休息。以前几次上GG都是开始走的太猛，很快就累了，中途至少休息六七分钟，用时反而更长。小C感冒中还能在最后冲刺，更是佩服！ :D

在TH见到Lulululu耐心照顾鼓励第一次上GG的朋友，看到了真正的团队精神。山顶见到Explorer，51分就完成了BCMC :cb:

很高兴第一次参加组织活动就见到这么多朋友，期待下一次同行！

Just finished (with the headlamp in the pocket) the door closes at 4:30 now, it is the final week (2013 GG season) for us doing it during weekday evenings :wink:
