臨危受命, 謝謝Millie承擔提早出發, 開車到WIC辦理permit和租熊桶事情。請同車的云游和Kathy打印行車路線, 航班時間表, 地址備用。沿途要負責導舫, 看路標, 不要在車內打呼呼。

Millie, 以下是防熊桶, 露營費, permit, 國家公園入園証數量:

防熊桶7個 x $3 = $21.00

團体露營証 - $5.00

個別露營費
$2 x 2個晚上 x 12人 = $48.00

國家公園入園証以每車計, LuLu有一張會給她坐車的司機用。

Coupeville --> Port Townsend 航程約35分鐘
由Port Townsend碼頭到Wilderness Information Centre 76.5km, 1小時2分鐘

以上時間不含過關, 購物。Wilderness Information Centre4:00pm關門，建議你們最遲一定要乘1:15pm的船。

早一班是11:45am。

我忘記了。可能要登記一個負責人的名，就填上妳的名字做team leader吧。
付了費用, ranger應發一張露營卡給妳，注明人數和露營日期。這張卡要隨身帶著。另外妳會收到兩張國家公園入塲証，要放在車頭擋風玻璃上。還有給妳5個熊桶。

因为有可能会下雨，请队友们做好防水准备，比如多带几个大黑的垃极袋备用，干湿衣物一定要分开（我通常多带一个dry sack装湿衣物），背包的防雨罩要带,欢迎补充

Coupeville码头很小，Ferry的运载能力也十分小。如果没有预定的话，常常要排队等候下一班船。万一等候，可以到边上的州立公园转转，过去是个海边军事堡垒，转防加拿大这边的英军，不过历史上，这个堡垒，没向敌方发射一枚炮弹。。。

建议早些走，20号公路到Coupeville码头是条风景路，挺漂亮。路过deception Bridge时，桥头两端都可以停车，步行上桥拍照。

poker , after read your post , i have to change my plan , i plan to catch up the 1015 ferry now. so in case i cannot get it ,i will still be on the 1145 ferry. i am very sturbon. the first time i got a job from hiking organization, i cannot loose it. :shock: me and yuyou, one photographer, one posturer, but no photoes this time. heihei. :D

Thanks for the reminder, YES, the problem with the Whidby Island one is that it is small an infrequent and you also may not get on because it is full. That means that you will want to get there early to be sure to get on. The drive down Whidby Island wouldn’t be fast--averaging 70-75km/hr? as the roads are windy and you could end up behind a slow driver.

I have been monitoring the Ferry for two weeks. There are always a lot of spaces@ 7:30 pm. We shouldn't have problems to catch this one.

Sorry, didn't pay attention to other time.
